I’ve dedicated my career to helping people recover from pain and lead active lives

SPECIALIST MUSCULOSKELETAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST
I qualified as a physiotherapist in 1999. I trained in Australia and have worked in private practice for the majority of my career in both Australia and the UK. I have worked for a number of high-profile practices including Six Physio in Fulham and Bodies Under Construction in Chiswick. I have experience with both elite and amateur sports, west end dance and performance artists, and the British Army.
In 2017 I had my third child and decided to focus on building my own bespoke practice here in Surrey. Working for my own business gives me the ability to focus on the needs of my patients. I can tailor treatment to each individual and use a variety of techniques to achieve resolution of pain injury. I employ the biopsychosocial model of medical management and assess all the factors that may impact an individual’s pain and dysfunction including sleep, work, home life, stress and activity levels. I am trying to practice what I preach and create a balance of work, family and self-care.
I love working with interesting or complex conditions. Often patients have seen a number of different practitioners and are looking for greater clarity in diagnosis, planning, and results. I have post-graduate specialisations in physiotherapy for persistent or chronic pain and in the management of pregnancy and post-natal pain.
I have further post-graduate qualification in the management of female pelvic health such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and prolapse
My goal is to change the way you think about pain and injury by working with the mind and the body. If you’d like to find how I can help you, book a free 10 minute consultation below.
