Payment may be made in cash, cheque, bank transfer or card payment.

Jo is covered by the the majority of the private health insurance companies, please check at the time of booking.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Please wear suitable clothing that will allow observation and assessment of the affected area. For example shorts to see a knee.

If the session will involve exercise rehabilitation or pilates please wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely.

If a running assessment is recommended then please bring your running shoes.

FOR HEALTH INSURANCE CUSTOMERS

It would be advisable to call your insurer prior to the appointment to check:

• That the appointment will be covered
• If there are any limits or exclusions in your policy
• Whether you need a consultant or GP referral in order to make a claim

The clinic is located in a private residential walking distance from central Woking and Horsell. Woking train station is a 15 walk away with trains from central London and the south.
